What, free shipping? Our price includes packing, handling, airmail postage and registration and is the same no matter where you live -- U.S., Europe, Australia, wherever.

Shipping. We ship all merchandise by registered, international airmail. Usually it takes 10 to 14 working days from the time the order is shipped, sometimes less but sometimes more, especially around Christmas. Please be patient and if you don't receive your purchase within four weeks, contact us and we will either resend the order or refund your money.

Express shipping. If you need your stuff in a hurry and are willing to pay extra, we can arrange worldwide delivery within three to five working days by postal express service or a commercial service like UPS, DHL and Federal Express. Guarantee. Your purchase is risk-free. If not totally satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for an exchange, credit, or refund, whichever you prefer.

Returns. You may return any item purchased on our website by air or surface parcel post. Keep in mind that air parcel post usually takes 10 to 14 days although sometimes longer and that surface may take as long as six to ten weeks to reach us. Insure your package and mail to:

The itemized wholesale value of your purchase is listed on the customs declaration on the parcel. If the order is a gift, the package is marked accordingly and may not be subject to duty.

Back Orders. It's difficult to guarantee availability and immediate delivery of all items, especially handicrafts. We will notify you immediately if this occurs and post your purchase as soon as the product(s) becomes available if you choose to wait.
